You Are Invited!!

Dear Community Partners: 

Greetings from the Chamber office! SAVE April 15th for something new! This year we will present 7 very special awards at our “Roaring 20s Awards Gala and Auction”. We invite you to join us for an evening of fun and camaraderie with other community business associates and friends while supporting your Chamber! 

Event: Roaring 20s Awards Gala and Auction
Date: April 15, 2023  Time: 5-9 p.m.
Venue: Forest Grove Armory, 2950 Taylor Way 

Dress: If you’d like, come dressed in the 1920s style!

Reservation information as follows –
$75 for individuals 

$700 for a business/corporate table (for 8) sponsorship with recognition.

A limited number of additional sponsorships are available – 

These sponsorships include a table for eight (8) at the dinner as well as special recognition prior to and during the event. This is a great opportunity to advertise your business and support the Chamber with fellow businesses. See the Sponsorship opportunities Document for more. 

Opportunity to donate an item/s for the 2023 Auction.
All contributing businesses will be recognized in the auction catalog. A donation to the event is yet another advertising opportunity for your business as well as a great way to show your support for the Chamber and its programs. Once you decide on your donation, please fill out the Auction Donation Form and prepare your item. Let us know to pick it up or deliver it to our office. In order to get everything together and the catalog printed for the auction, sooner is always better. 

Monetary donation –
We always appreciate your donation items for the auction. However, if you prefer making a monetary donation, your dollars will be put to good use. This would count towards your business sponsorship level – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Platinum.
