From Kindergarten to a Master’s Degree, Forest Grove and Cornelius is home to a wide variety of public and private educational institutions.

Education is one of the historic cornerstones in Forest Grove, which is home to the oldest chartered university in the West. Pacific University has been recognized as one of American’s best colleges by US News and World Report and named a “Best Western College” by The Princeton Review.

Forest Grove School District encompasses approximately 225 square miles and educates about 6,000 children in the communities of Forest Grove, Cornelius, Dilley and Gales Creek. More information on the school district is available on their website.

In addition to the public education system, there are many easily accessible educational based preschools, K-8 institutions and high schools as well as a number of colleges and universities. Swallowtail Waldorf School and Farm and Visitation School are two examples of the outstanding K-8 schools in the area.
