DESCRIPTION:The City of Cornelius\, Cornelius Police Department\, and the W
 ashington County Sheriff's Office will be hosting their annual Community D
 inner on Saturday\, November 22\, 2025. The event will provide a tradition
 al turkey dinner for community members. This meal is available at no cost 
 and is expected to feed 400 to 500 people. The dinner will be served from 
 4-7 pm. You are all welcome to attend and enjoy a holiday dinner. Limited 
 volunteer opportunities are available. Volunteers are needed to help prep 
 the dinner\, set up the event space\, transport food\, greet guests\, serv
 e meals\, bus tables\, wash dishes\, and clean the event space. Volunteers
  must be at least 14 years old. Volunteers are needed at the Cornelius Ele
 mentary School (200 N 14th Ave)\, on the day of the event. Sign up to be a
