  in the Salem Hills on Saturday\, November 15th at 6:30 pm. Savor a four-c
 ourse dinner highlighting seasonal wine and food pairings prepared by Chef
  DJ MacIntyre. Dishes include our 2024 Tualatin Estate Chardonnay with Lob
 ster Bisque and our 2022 Père Ami Red Blend with Fig Roasted Iberico Pork
  Hanger (see full menu details below). All tables at this dinner seat four
  people\; you may choose to reserve a private\, four-person table or make 
 reservations for two and share a table with another couple. The cost to at
 tend is $150 per person\, $135 per person for Owners or Members and $125 p
 er person for our Owners who are active Members. Tickets include a $10 bot
