 y Grill and into the farms\, vineyards and cellars of the Pacific Northwes
 t. Along the way\, he collaborates with local growers and winemakers\, han
 d-selecting ingredients and vintages that inspire each menu. For this spec
 ial dinner\, Chef Tim partnered with Terry Culton\, our Director of Winema
 king & Vineyards\, and DJ MacIntyre\, Wine & Culinary Director\, to create
  thoughtful wine pairings that showcase the region’s distinctive terroir
