DESCRIPTION:Under the direction of Dr. Abbie Brown\, the Pacific University
  Symphonic Band will present its fall concert program\, “City Trees: Urb
 an and Natural Landscapes.” This concert program allows the ensemble and
  audience members to be in conversation about the way natural and urban la
 ndscapes interact with one another and features music that speaks to these
  two themes. The concert is presented in collaboration with the Pacific Un
 iversity Art Department as students in Drawing and Painting classes depict
  one piece in particular\, Planet B by Catherine Likhuta. Other pieces on 
 this program include Flaxen Tresses by James M. David\, Shenandoah by Omar
  Thomas\, and Under Pines and Stars by local Washington composer Megan Vin
 ther. Ticket Prices: $11 general admission\, $8 for seniors\, military and
  non-Pacific students. Free for Pacific students\, faculty and staff. Tick
