DESCRIPTION:Forest Grove residents with a current Waste Management account 
 can put out up to six extra bags of garbage (up to 32 gallons each) on the
 ir regular collection day\, Monday\, Nov. 2\, through Friday\, Nov. 6\, at
  no extra charge. Food waste is not accepted. A bulky waste and appliance 
 drop-off follows on Saturday\, Nov. 7\, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the B Str
 eet Transfer Station. Residents may bring three single items\, such as cou
 ches\, mattresses\, appliances (refrigerant must be removed) or up to four
  tires\, at no charge\; bring a City of Forest Grove utility bill as proof
  of residency. Hazardous waste\, construction and remodeling debris\, kitc
