Light Up A Life

For 39 years, Care Partners has provided exceptional end-of-life care and celebrated those who have passed away in our annual December Light Up a Life event.  In 2021, because of the pandemic, Light Up a Life will be held online.  As in prior years, we’ll have music from the Portland Symphonic Girlchoir, poetry, a candle lighting ceremony and reading of names.  Everyone is welcome; names of those to be remembered can be submitted regardless of whether they were on our service or the year that they passed.  Since it has been difficult for people to gather for memorials during this pandemic year, we are especially encouraging anyone in the community to join us.

For a donation amount of your choice, your loved one(s) names will be read during the ceremony.  Donations help make our exceptional care available to other individuals and families in need.
