Please join us for a Seafood Pairings Dinner at the Estate in the Salem Hills on Wednesday, January 15th or Thursday, January 16th at 6:30 pm.
Enjoy a four-course dinner highlighting fresh seafood paired with classic Willamette wines.
Pairings include our 2021 Elton Pinot Noir with Chinook Salmon and Seared Scallops and our 2021 Métis Red Blend with Seafood Tortellini (see full menu details below).
The cost to attend is $175 per person or $150 for Owners and Wine Club Members. Reservations include a $20 bottle credit to use that night.
