Alvin T. Smith Open House

This is the A.T. Smith house that Friends of Historic Forest Grove purchased in 2005. It was the home of the first permanent settler in our area. Alvin T Smith built this fine home and farmed the surrounding area. This house is on the National Historic Register and the Friends of Historic Forest Grove works hard to find the funding and materials and the right folks to properly restore this treasure. It is an ongoing project and we can always use more money, more help, and more folks to join our organization!
