Two Enchanting Gardens: Fairy Garden at the A.T. Smith House

Carlson Garden Open 2 - 4 p.m. Spend time relaxing with hosts Ginny & Tom Carlson in their enchanting Japanese garden on Camino Drive.  This mid-century home greets guests with a lively front yard filled with various low growing plants and bushes, creating a colorful entrance. In the backyard, a stunning Japanese Garden Room stands out, bordered by a unique handmade bamboo fence. Raspberry vines and other fruits and vegetables grow in raised beds, and a cherry tree provides an area for shade-loving plants, while hydrangeas and fuchsias add color. A "catio" offers a secure outdoor area for the cat.
