From the fields to entrepreneurship, from family legacy to creating opportunities for the next generation, Lusdivina “Lucy” DeLeon knows what it means to open doors.
Who opened a door for you?
And whose door will you open next?
On Wednesday, November 4, more than 250 community leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, mentors, emerging leaders, and allies will gather at the Hilton Portland Downtown for an afternoon of powerful storytelling, meaningful connection, mentorship, and celebration.
This is more than a luncheon. It is an invitation to recognize the people who helped us get here, celebrate the power and brilliance of Latina leadership, and commit ourselves to creating opportunities for those coming next.
Come hear Lucy’s remarkable story. Come connect with leaders from across our region. Come celebrate the women who opened doors before us and the generation preparing to walk through them next.
Abriendo Puertas. Opening doors. Creating possibility. Together.
While the Latina Power Luncheon centers and celebrates Latina leadership, everyone is welcome. We invite men, non-Latina allies, community partners, and all who believe in the power of mentorship and opportunity to join us.
