Craft Cocktails at the Tasting Room by Bar June

SakéOne x Bar June – Delicious Craft Cocktails
Bar June is a classy and comfortable bar nestled in the heart of downtown Beaverton, serving a variety of craft cocktails and 100% vegan food.

From 2:00 PM to 6:00 pm on Saturday, October 17, Bar June cocktail experts will be on-location at the Tasting Room serving three saké-based craft cocktails:

Plum Sour – Moonstone Plum saké, Appleton rum, allspice dram, lime, Demerara syrup, tiki bitters, and vegan foamer.

Saké & Cider Toddy – Brewmaster’s Choice by Yoshinogawa (Honjozo) saké, Averna amaro, New Deal Ginger liqueur, apple cider syrup and lemon.

"Blue Lagoon" – G Fifty saké, Meletti Amaro and Blue Curaçao, topped with soda.
