Ghostly Haunts: Stories from the Community
Many Forest Grove homes and buildings date back to the mid-1800s, each with its own history and energy that residents have noticed through the decades. Spend an evening with Stephanie Asher, a psychic empath who senses energy and emotions and sees auras in people and objects, and who on occasion sees ghosts. See historic photos of Forest Grove as you hear community members' ghostly experiences during this 90-minute presentation, part of the "Ghosts in the Grove" series presented by Friends of Historic Forest Grove. You may also share your own stories. Suitable for those with limited mobility and for family members who like spooky tingles. Storytelling takes place inside the Old Train Station at 1936 19th Ave., which houses its own ghosts. Cocoa, cider, and treats will be available at no extra cost. Tickets are $12 for nonmembers and $10 for FHFG members, ages 5 and up, at fhfg.org.
