Halloween Hoopla at Fraga Farm
Fraga Farm's annual Halloween Hoopla: time on the farm and trick-or-treating with the (goat) kids. Go on a goat hike to the apple tree meadow to pick an apple to roast, enjoy aebleskeevers (Danish pancake balls) and chèvre, then head into the barn to dress the goats in costumes and hand out treats. Refreshments provided; about 90 minutes. Groups are kept small, so get tickets early.
All ages. Costumes encouraged (please keep them kid-friendly). All-weather event: dress for the farm with sturdy shoes. This is a working farm with bumpy ground and animals; parents should stay with their kids at all times.
Tickets: $25 single, $65 group (up to 4 people). A limited number of reduced-price tickets ($5 single, $20 group) are reserved for first-time visitors with a self-stated financial need; email the farm to reserve them.
