Rotary Club of Forest Grove indoor pickleball
The Rotary Club of Forest Grove sponsors indoor pickleball evenings at the Forest Grove National Guard Armory, open to the public. Courts are open Monday through Thursday, 5:30 to 8 p.m., starting Nov. 2.
Cost is $5 per person per evening, which covers rent for the armory space. In past years, money beyond the rent has gone to Rotary projects, including starting the Tuality Plains High School Victory Garden.
The armory has three courts, grouped by ability for beginner, intermediate and advanced players. Players of all ages and abilities are welcome. Loaner paddles are available for new players who want to try the game before buying their own, and the group helps teach the rules.
The season runs until sometime in the spring. For more information, visit the Forest Grove Pickle Ball Group on Facebook.
