Join us in the small Dutch community of Verboort, just outside Portland, for food, fun, and tradition — all supporting Visitation Catholic School & Church. Dine in, drive-thru, or walk-up for a full dinner. Don't forget to stock up on bulk sausage & kraut to fill your freezer! Line starts early! It's a full day of fun — don't miss our Verboort Marketplace, Bake Sale, Exclusive Merch, Bingo, Beer Garden, Snack Booth, Plant Sale, Christmas Shop & more!

Festival Highlights:

9 AM: Bulk Sausage & Kraut sales open (until sold out)

9 AM: Verboort Marketplace opens — bazaar, merch, bake sale, Christmas shop, children's games & more

9 AM: Dinner Ticket Booth opens

11 AM–8 PM: Dining room open — all-you-can-eat sausage & kraut

11 AM–8 PM: Drive-thru open — to-go

11 AM–8 PM: Walk-up dinner open — to-go

12 PM–9 PM: Beer Garden open (21+)

Pricing: Festival entry is free.

Dine-in (all-you-can-eat): adults (13–61) $23; seniors & veterans (62+) $21; children (6–12) $14; ages 0–5 free. Senior, veteran and child pricing is dining hall only.

To-go dinner (drive-thru or walk-up): $23, one price for all ages.

Bulk sausage: $8 per lb (packages of about 3.1 lb for $25, 9.4 lb for $75, 18.75 lb for $150).

Sauerkraut: quart $6, 2-quart $10, gallon $18.

Cash, check and credit/debit cards accepted (cards add a 2.7% + $0.05 processing fee).
