About this event
Theatre in the Grove holds auditions for "Velveteen Rabbit: A Toy Story," a new adaptation of Margery Williams's classic directed by Donald Cleland, for ages 8 to 18. Auditioners bring a memorized one-minute monologue or poem, a headshot and a theatrical resume, and will read scenes from the script. Sign up online for an audition time. Rehearsals begin Nov. 16; performances are Feb. 5-14, 2027, and actors must be available to miss four school days for elementary student performances.
