Registrations, refunds and cancellations
What happens to your money if plans change.
- The deadline 7 business days before the event, unless the registration materials for that event say otherwise.
- In writing only Write to info@fgcchamber.org, or to the chamber office at 2417 Pacific Avenue, Forest Grove, OR 97116.
The short version
Cancelling, not turning up, rain, and when we cancel.
- You cancel more than seven business days ahead Write to us before the deadline and you may be eligible for a refund.
- You cancel inside seven business days Not eligible for a refund.
- You simply do not turn up Not eligible for a refund.
- It rains on an outdoor event The event goes ahead and there is no refund.
- We cancel the event Full refund.
- You joined the chamber and changed your mind Memberships are non-refundable.
Refunds go back to the card that paid, and a refund request has to come from the attendee or the cardholder, with the name of the attendee or the transaction number on it.
